It's a nice and short read that has the potential to be longer. The pacing seems just a tiny bit fast for me, but since it's a short story, I'll let if off. Give it a try; maybe you'll like it.
As a child Wataru and his grandmother used to pay visits to a shrine in their neighbourhood. While they prayed for each other's happiness, he encountered a snow-white fox named Yuki. Many years later, a sad occasion leads Wataru to pay another visit to the same shrine, but the Yuki who greets him there isn't quite the same one he remembers...
