Would have loved some after stories to tie it with a bow. The ending didn't make a lot of sense and was rushed, maybe a translation issue? The first half was lovely though. I love me a crybaby ML...

God it took FOREVER to get to the point. The ML is dogshit at communication and thinks that the ONLY way to protect his partner is by keeping secrets and shouldering the burden ENTIRELY on his own. Like- Babe you aren’t even the main character of the hero’s tale- her fate is to be an OP badass and it literally took like 50 chapters for her to become that because of the ML. 50 FUCKIN CHAPTERS- THERE ARE ONLY 70 IN TOTAL. But I read it all. even if it was painfully slow. Their love is.. cute when they communicate and the FL is so STRONG. like actually strong. She’s not a pushover, she’s not a doormat, she has goals and she goes for it.

The ML was the only redeeming thing to this story. He was adorable.
