Tiger and Bunny seem to have inspired more Doujinshi than any other manga. The sexual undertones of the original series obviously resonated with a whole lot of people.
This is the one where Kotetsu picks up people, dropping them along the way. Barnaby confesses to Kotetsu, there's some angst and then Kotetsu realizes that he has to fight to hang onto the people he loves (image of stuffed bunny holding Kotetsu up).
