MC needs to speak up and try to be honest. It is not wrong to be feeling pain when you knew you’re being treated kindly because of having a surname that he needs to marry. Keeping it all in is very unhealthy and I also feel bad for her. ML has to know her stand on this. It would be better if he loved her as she is and not because of her surname. He sucks big time.
I don't know exactly how to feel about it... It's weird most of time.. there are cute things as well.. I think I'll give it s chance, let's see the upcoming chapters.
(But I don't think the make main character handsome at all)
