•Renge gets a fever and is hurt by the idea Shirou would be with another girl because he sees him walking with two girls on campus.
•Shirou notices Renge is unwell and helps take care of his fever. He helps get Renge off but stops himself from going further.
•Renge is still insecure with their relationship and the girls Shirou once dated are wondering why they haven’t been contacted by him anymore.
•Shirou realizes his feelings and they become a formal couple. He even feels jealous when he sees Renge talking to another guy and smiling.
