this is just really... boring. shocking for shock value. there is no meaning to nothing here, at least none that I can see even halfway through this... I can kinda speculate on what might have been the ongoing purpose, what with the "misfit people with disabilities and people trying to profit off of that" thing it had going on, but it's still not well executed.
