I don't know, I just found it quite boring. It's not that the characters were really annoying, the plot was simply not interesting. Nothing really happened.

DIVORCE, VILLA, NEW START
After her divorce, an ex celebrity moves into the villa she got from her former husband wanting to start anew. There she meets the villa's former owner and falls for him.

Narcissism, arrogance and Stupidity; common traits of celebrity. I don't want to judge all of them to have these traits, but the change in behaviour is quite common. It could be due the fact that most of them had come from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Angle became Angela and enjoyed her fair share of exposure. She knew how to handle the game and play the media just like any other celebrity. She had a motive and though it was justfied, she played the game; got hurt and had fun along the ride.

After she was given her divorce papers and old Villa in Italy, she packed her bags and went to the old villa to start a fresh life without the scrutiny of the media.

A fresh start introduces a new man, life and the possibility of a revenue. Can Angel survive the initial presumption of being lavish/show off celebrity?

As a story, it was not bad and the pace was great where it took from the tv show to lemon gardens of Italy then we jumped to Rome. The editing was good although I found Angel to be superficial in certain occasion; she knew how to manipulate the media and she used it because of lack of funds. Yes, she wants to a new start but in the end, she still would certain jobs if she needed the money. Besides, she stated that she was not with Sam because of difficulties? No matter what job you take, don't blame your new found fame on your absence from somebody's special from your life. it was your choice in the end of the day
