i realize a lot of times people are disappointed with this kinda of age gap. i’m not excusing this type of stuff, rather i’m trying to inform people why this concept is popular. it’s popular in many chinese manhuas because it’s historically accurate. it wasn’t a “weird” thing back then in ancient china, in fact it was preferred for girls above the age of 13 and under 16ish to get betrothed or married to a man of a higher status which usually means older, probably above 30. so authors probably wanted to stay accurate on that part because it is REALLY common. it’s kinda the norm.

The ML literaly grooms the 15 year old into liking him. The story had an interesting plot to work with and kicked it into the dust by the third chapter. Everything is just a bit too fast paced and the whole thing is just generalized around sex. It’s weird and disgusting.

Initially, it had an interesting start. The concept of reversing historical stereotypes is intriguing imo, since it kind of made clear how ridiculous the things that happened were. But the romanticized pedophilia? Wtf man? I really believed it was satire, but turns out that 29-year-old dude really is that 15-year-old girl's love interest???

The art is just wow! So beautiful. No pointy chins here! The story is just ok. It's serious with some cute and silly moments. Hard to follow. The men are beautiful as well as the women. So, she lived in a world where the roles of men and women are reversed. The men give birth to kids and stay home. And the women do all the man stuff (I personally don't like those kind of "girl-power" stories), but her soul gets taken to another world that is normal (per our standards). But it gets more boring as the story goes. So much stuff that has nothing to do with the main couple.

Quite interesting for now.
