Ch 30 recap, due to the imbalance of power due to the murim leader's death, a lot of murim ppl r going out of control to capture main. The public are not happy and causing disturbance due to the squabbling. A small ally association called kirin consisted of 5 clans allying knew a war will come if the big clans start fighting over each other for power. They want to find main first bc it doesn't make sense at mains current lvl to assassinate the former murim leader. But 2 clans backed out as they have beef against main and wants him dead. The other 3 clans want to find main and provide protection if possible against the strong clans to avoid a war bc of main's involvement of the framed assassination and the missing martial art skills
Ch 8 recap, main was framed for the death of the main leader of murim in korea due to some bad history btwn them. The leader caused deaths of mains parents but main had only met him a while ago to chat and the old man transfered some inner energy into main, but main didnt know the old man transfered the heavenly spirit arts into main, the same arts that ppl r fighting to get. Main did fight the person responsible but they didn't kill him bc they noticed main gained the arts and it wasn't fully absorbed, the villain decided to wait for main to be at his best form to absorb mains inner force. The police officer who believed main is just a victim due to his alibis and the suspicious quick news outlet outing main as the culprit made her suspect main isn't the culprit of the murder of murim old man leader

edit -ok first few chapters were messy they tried to put all in one go without giving basic introduction initially but once you get past 10 chapters u gradually starts understanding .. so mc's grandfather was murim alliance leader who got killed & mc got framed as a murderer by the demon guy & now he is on a run while trying to prove his innocence .21
