Comments of Yoroizuka-san wo Baburasetai

I usually rate any sapphic novel a 5 regardless of how much I like this, but god do I have to bump it down for the very questionable age difference between the two. Overall it’s a very fluffy, tooth-rotting, manga, definitely could recommend if it didn’t have the underlining age gap lol.

the age difference is something that is already an issue (being that one is an adult and one is a minor in what i'm going to assume for my own sanity is high school) so the unnecessary portrayal of physical age makes it uncomfortable to read. the younger character's height being an entire head shorter when sitting and having to stand on her (younger) tip toes when the older one is kneeling just to hug her makes the younger one seem like she is much younger than a high school student (for the most part people stop growing in the middle school to 10th grade range. i'm aware that people are short and maybe this character is just short, which i am going to go with because ew). not to mention the fact that sometimes it looks like she is flat chested but other times she has large breasts (like the older character).
i found this manga extremely uncomfortable to read. unless you're looking for a yuri manga that seems like it was made by (p3d0?) men for (p3d0?) men, i do not recommend this manga.

Iffy about the gap but it’s super cute

i honestly don't mind about the age gap since it's a manga
actually I really love this one
in real life i wouldn't like something like this or worse
but why should I hate it in mangas or else?
all of this applies for every kind of "wrong" thing in real life and in art (manga, webtoon, book, paintings, whatever..)
