I am confused

"So, here's what I got.
Kageyama Fumiya got involved in a fight and was stabbed and dumped in a river. A woman who's mentally ill got him, drugged him, and confined him, believing he's her lost son.
During the time Kageyama is missing, his prosecutor friend, Hiura, kept looking for him and met Naoto, Fumiya's brother. Also, during this time, Fumiya's spirit kept on going to Hiura and appearing in his and in his room. There were also times wherein Fumiya possessed Naoto'-s body to talk to him and even had sex with him.
After searching high and low for Fumiya, Hiura finally got a lead and was able to rescue Fumiya. He was hospitalized but able to recuperate.
The ending was rather ambiguous since it wasn't clear whether Hiura's approach to Fumiya was as a friend or as a love-interest. Though it was shown earlier that Hiura was also longing for Fumiya.
The extras were flashbacks of the two's university life." he got possessed???? the spirit thing was real????? I need to read this again when I'm not in a brain fog

This story was so good I loved it!!!!! I dont why its so unique...

So interesting. At first I thought it would be something about them being the same person. But then thinking a little more (my interpretation) his soul possessed his brother to have contact with Hiura.

Public prosecutor Hiura's friend and colleague Kageyama has become the victim in one of his cases. It seems Kageyama was assaulted and dumped into a river, and the case is turning into a murder investigation. But if Kageyama is dead, where’s his body? Meanwhile Hiura is having strange and vivid dreams, and meets a man with an eerie resemblance to Kageyama.

Confusing but good plot

The "was Kageyama murdered?" plotline was really interesting and kept me reading to figure it out. But the rest is too convoluted for no reason. So Kageyama got beat up by people he fought with at an izakaya who dumped his body near the river & he was found by a mentally ill woman who kidnapped him thinking he was her son & kept him drugged up. His spirit visits Hiura in his dreams & also occasionally possesses he's brothers body to kiss & fap off with Hiura. At the end of the story, the author just kicked the murder suspects, the mentally ill woman and the little brother to the curb and Hiura and Kageyama just kinda go back to their regular lives like they didn't just existence some crazy supernatural event together? Also, Hiura is so desperate for Kageyama to be alive that he didn't even blink when the little bro shows him Kageyama's sex photos :)

Home boi appears in his dream. He thinks he going cray. Good story.

Kinda confused at first but it will be more clear at the ending... Love how loyal the manga are..
