The single chapter isn't much, just an event that happens in people's daily lives, but for them, its a start and hope for them to strengthen their relationship, and even become more than just race-pals. This kind of oneshots tend to tell an event that happened in a person's life, whether it happened to the creator or someone else, that it really unregular and changed something in their life. Maybe the creator wanted to share so bad an event like this that they took time to draw it and work on it, or they just thought about this kind of event and thought something like this could excite readers and encourage them to look at the world a bit differently. I quite like comics like these, they really make you feel some things you have never felt before.
