I agree with yall comments. The author doesn't show senpai's feeling very much. I feel like he loves mami too. Even though hoshino has big affection towards senpai, senpai's feeling towards hoshino is lacking. Not very good writing imo. Hoshino deserves better. I hate this feeling actually, waste my time. I'm not going to read the sequel then.
Like other comments, it's really lacking in the seme development. Dude never explained or apologized for anythinv. Uke for sure grew throughout the manga, even the kid did too but seme was the same.
hayakawa nojiko delivered the most beautiful thing ive ever laid eyes on. the story is simple, the relationships straightforward, but the nuanced, complicated, messy dialogues and heart-wrenching, GORGEOUS illustrations made it so that the reader can feel exactly the way the characters are feeling and its just SO effective. hoshino is adorable and kind-hearted. i love him. i love every single characters in this, even the passersby had so much charm in them that i ended up loving the world created even more.
man i just love hayakawa nojiko’s way of telling stories, and i think this is the best one for me.
An elementary school teacher goes to the rooftop and runs into a man throwing paper airplanes. Through this twist of events, it turns out this man was a childhood friend and is now a single parent of one of his students. Black and white. 8/10....the kids are adorable
