the art is lovely and the story, while a little more straightforward than others, is sufficiently engaging. The author could have expanded on a lot of stuff but honestly keeping it simple prevents it from falling into some of the massive pitfalls many a promising series fall into.
Is it my favorite story of all time? nah, but it gets the job done and is excellent at being what it is.
