I think I'll try to explain my thoughts on this webtoon in terms of plot, character, and emotional factor.

In terms of the plot, 10/10. There was action, there was romance, there was thriller, all weaved seamlessly into the story. I especially enjoyed how the creator used the FL as a vehicle to explore love and grief and trauma; one of the most unique aspects of this story, that I don't think I've seen elsewhere.

In terms of the characters, I love the relationship between the ML and FL. Their development and the way they understand and grow together was so beautiful, and also idk I just felt like there was such a complexity and nuance to their love for each other that I didn't fully understand. Also idk what others be saying but I loved Shiho. Like I know his relationship with the FL was very strange and kinda incestuous, but I think if you look past that and understand that they are divine beings, that it makes sense. It doesn't make sense like what she did to him, but I think it makes sense in understanding her and his character.

Despite saying all this and despite realizing how amazing the story was, it didn't really have that emotional factor (for me!). Really, really good stories will make me feel some sort of way, whether my stomach drops or I feel like crying or I feel a sort of emptiness inside. I didn't really feel strongly throughout the story, and even at the end of it, I thought it was a great story logically, but emotionally I just couldn't really connect with the characters I guess. Still, I will say this was a very well-thought-out story and I really enjoyed the ride.

A true exploration of the beauty and tragedies of love. The author and artist depicted such a masterpiece that is powerfully illustrated and moving. Would recommend this 1000 times over and over.
