skull knight is the real hero of berserk
i’d say this story was really good at points and i really love guts’ character i love all the people in guts party actually but there was way too much uncomfortable scenes of grotesque imaging. the plot of each arc was basically bad guy naked women rape somewhere naked men possibly guts comes in and kills the bad guy in one big swoop and a long fight scene, don’t forget the obligatory guts fight scene every chapter cause of his struggler tattoo. now i’m not hating on guts or how well he fights or how much he has too cause that’s the story but when im reading the same thing over and over again it guts (get it? haha) annoying. it’s also trauma porn i feel like
