I was a bit disappointed by this one. I’d seen people praising the top’s redemption arc, but honestly, he wasn’t that bad to begin with.

I mean, yes, he did some shitty things. But first, he set his boundaries from the start. And second, when he did hurt the other guy (like with the sextoys incident), he admitted it almost immediately and tried to make up for it in his own way.

On the other hand, I really don’t see what’s so great about the bottom, apart from being somewhat cute (?)

He starts out a bit creepy, becomes whiny, and ends up plain lazy. I mean, in the last extra, he’s just lying around and whining while his man works his ass off. Like, bitch, I love it when boys bring out the best in each other, not… whatever this is.

The side couple is pretty decent, though. I actually enjoyed them quite a bit more.

Still, it’s not all that bad, especially considering how young they are. Some stupidity is to be expected.

And I could honestly write an entire essay on how this is simultaneously better and worse than Jinx.
