Not another romance plot for the 2nd wife where the mc has to share bodies with the woman who has a incurable poison in her body to cure her or she dies. In my opinion this kind of romance plot ruined the story and character for mc and I feel so bad for his wife, Ghost. I don't know why the writer added this. Personally it can be better if the mc showed his loyalty and love to Ghost. It also make Ghost more reliable to him even thought his attitude is annoying and rude but she trust him. I don't think he even told her about the 2nd lady bring pregnant with his son, I know she felt betrayed by him. Ghost deserves better after years of caring for him.
