I had such a great time reading this but I'm genuinely appalled at how shit the ending was
you know, i love chainsaw man. but im giving it one star. fujimoto stick to one shots please. WHAT was that ending? i waited for chapters to come out, waited for the last chapter, and THAT is what we get? WHAAAAAAAAAAT WAS THAT FUJIMOTOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO????????? not to mention, denji literally got 0 character development, well, he did obviously, but it was like, 2 steps forward 4 steps back, oh my god
everyone died. then we dont even see AKI AT THE END? IF UR GONNA GIVE US A HORRIBLE ENDING ATLEAST SHOW US AKI

Holy.. ending didn’t feel real.
Part 1 was amazing Part 2 had some nice things aswell but the ending was completely rushed and it makes me sad that this is how it concluded still though this story deserves 5 stars
wish i could give it a 4.5 bcs of the ending but the rest was great, so ima give it a 5

Fujimoto makasi udah bikin manga se bagus ini WALAUPUN denji harus di siksa dengan cara yg menyakitkan bruh My baby denji PANTAS mendapatkan ending yang bahagia. Aku pengen banget PELUKK denji seerat erat nya.. HIKS Fujimoto suka banget matiin karakter yg banyak disukai orang-orang aku rindu trio itu Fujimoto ( denji, power, aki) Aku penasaran dengan mereka semua yg tidak di perlihatkan di ending.. KANGENN DENJI POCHITA

An empty ending for me but I think denji deserved to live a normal life even if he lost everything before he just wanted someone to care for him. I would give the ending 10/10
Read it up to idk which chapter and didn't continue idk why. [It was def more than 100... i think]
Now I'm too lazy to find the chapter and even more so to read all of it again.
Might pick it up again when i get motivation. For now the already read tag will be put, plus up to where i was i remember it was good.

The end was rushed
I think the echi distracts and hides some very real human struggles. The pursuit of happiness, and exploitation that follows that desire is okay handled for an shonen ecchi but unfourtently not on par with more serious contenders. The art is however gorgeous, the action smooth and the unpredictable nature just as engaging. I think however the second arc was unecesary, the themes and some of the ploylines should have been baked in to the first part and ended with the same final.
