This was good until the constant rape scenes and the ending I didn’t like *TW* opinion!!! I felt like it was rushed in my honest opinion but I’m glad that psycho got what he deserved however I do wish we had more chapters of the ending as again it felt to quick but a good bl overall!!

Yeah no. Mc is stupid. Gojo is retarded. Og ml and director are in the afterlife, lowk disappointed that they aren't avenged cause MC is a pussy ass bitch who still likes the murderer. Author tried to have a complex thriller story with an edgy character but fumbled. Not satisfying. Peace out.

I think they did the ML well for some of it, but him being a sociopath and always extremely emotional is contradictory. I feel so bad for the MC, his lover was murdered and he felt compelled to raise the murderer. What I didn't understand is how the ML never got caught until his confession at the end, it's not like he took proper precautions when doing crime. Also, why did ML kill all those people? He killed at least 3 other people if you don't count the CEO or the lover. It was never really explained why.
Personally, I didnt really care for the CEO, I had a feeling he would die, but not that stupidly, he already knew ML was a killer, yet still follow him into the woods without telling a soul. At least it ended with a somewhat happy realistic ending of ML going on death row and MC living his own life (except his weird attachment of teaching ML braille). If you kind of turn off your brain and ignore how abnormal the ML always act, it's solid.
I knew this would make me mad and it did! Epic tragedy. #justiceformydirector
This shit is fuckkeddd uppppp, I usually read Yandere stories, but this one hurt a lot more because the connection is hard to easily sever in a day I like it, poor yijae
This was absolutely insane and so sad, when I first saw this manhwa I really thought it wouldn’t be like this. This is such a crazy unique story
good plot okay but it was RUSHED WHYYYYYY
Ohhh my goshhhh chapter 21 pissed me off so bad. Other than that, this story is still ASS.
Edit: well
I’d say it did okay with showing grief, though I don’t think grief is too hard to express in writing since it can be expressed in so many different ways. The ML’s backstory did not have a crazy effect on me. I will admit, I did feel a bit of sadness with his mother, specifically where she couldn’t abandon him, leading to her death. Honestly it gave me a headache but the outcome was the best it could have been. Withered away for years in prison and he’s uncertain of when they’ll decide to kill him? I don’t think it gets any better than that. I’m surprised the MC managed to live normally after that, but modern medicine and therapy works well I guess. Honestly, out of all the chapters, chapter 42 was probably my favorite. It was the only chapter that really tugged at my heartstrings. I’ve never had to grieve someone who was dead, but I’d imagine it hurts a lot worse than grieving someone who’s alive. The pain of attempting to get over it, finding that person in someone new, then eventually relapsing and not being able to truly get over the one that got away is something I wouldn’t wish on anyone. My heart broke for whatshisname MC in that sense. Two stars for the few times I could relate or sympathize. I still however absolutely hate the trope (even if they’re not blood related, it’s so yucky when one has watched the other grow up since childhood) and I still believe his behavior should have been corrected earlier (when it was revealed that MC was aware ML was jerking off on his face every night). They (MC and the first guy who died) also should have locked the door when doing that because as we all know, seeing something like that at an underdeveloped mental stage can seriously damage someone. It’s so sad to see how it all could have been avoided if MC just kept his distance from the child in the beginning without tying the boy to himself through trauma bonding, but it shows where acting emotionally will get you.
The hate on this is 100% valid and deserved. At no point in this story was I thinking, “Oh ts some peak writing” at all. Some parts only made me think “ok that makes sense” or that it was somewhat relatable in terms of grieving a loved one. Again, writing grief is not hard. I could read a story about grief written by a 11 year old and it would probably have more substance and sadness than this.
I would not recommend

The art is just amazing, it’s absolutely stunning, and the story is so good it gave me shivers
Oh my... I cried, really. I can honestly say that this manhwa exceeded my expectations. I never thought it would have this much angst or be this heartbreaking because I literally only clicked on it after seeing it on TikTok years ago—I think back in 2024? And I only got to read it now.
This is one of the few manhwas I’ve read that had a realistic ending. Not every story needs a happy ending to be good. Even though Minhyung did horrible things, I just can’t bring myself to hate him that much. He deserved what he got, but still...
Yeah, this was one hell of a ride, and I’m glad I read it.
