Lots of time jumps, uncle and his step nephew. I was so glad they didn't drag out the parent drama at the end

This was seriously mediocre. I hated the fact that it was censured, and the romance felt lacking. I appreciated the fact that they both felt like real ppl, especially the top, since he was not your "typical top". The uke wasn't what you'd expect either. So I was actually pretty hyped up, but by the end I just didn't really felt anything toward the story or the characters. The art was also kinda ugly. This had potencial, if only they made the romance hotter and more substancial, polished the art style a bit, and added more plot, to weave the story better, this could be a 4-5 star, easy.

270226 woah ok that summary scares me (wdum uncle and nephew) but HOLYYY THEIR DESIGNS ARE FIRE. the seme is huge (those muscles.. yum) and handsome and the uke is tough but beautiful. i will be reading this hehe

010326 s (68) OH MY GOD ok so i finally finished reading and goddamn this was way better than i expected. 8.9 is definitely too low. i think it should be like a 9.1 rating broo the plot was rlly interesting and the art was fucking stunning. at first i was definitely super weirded out by the whole uncle thing but tbh by the middle i didnt even care anymore HAHA. especially bc their not blood related or anything. ig the more weird part is the fact that he kinda raised him lol

i'm still fukcin devastated about what happened to xavier. it was actually crazy that when riley was like "what if he kills himself" (bc xavier literally has bipolar disorder and specifically said he would kill himself if he couldn't make it big in acting bc he's already been in the industry for a decade), they were just like *shrug* it happens. LIKE EXCUSE ME????? bITCH??? what he did a) wasn't even that bad imo, b) probably was a long ass time ago and c) HE DESERVES LENIENCY BC HE HAS A NEUROLOGICAL DISORDER HELLO??? i'm not saying that just because he has BD he can get away with anything, i just mean it should be considered when deciding how to judge his actions. it's extremely cruel to cut him off completely and just wash your hands of him. though i get that's just how the industry works.. it sucks how they find out that the 'brilliance' company were the ones behind those videos resurfacing, but they still didn't try to get xavier back. UGH it especially makes me mad because riley liked him and really wanted him back :( oh also wtf even happened to the other guy? forgot his name but he was blue haired and hot. riley's rival of sorts. he just fuckin disappeared even tho hes at the same company LMAOO.

im rlly happy that i could read with official translations, especially seeing the comments abt how bad the translation was before, but my fucking GOD they need to stop westernising their names!!!! it's actually insanely racist and disrespectful like i genuinely do not get why it's common practice to do this. and it's the way they SPECIFICALLY only do this to chinese manhua... it's absurd and disgusting. i hope this does change I DONT WANT TO SEE THAT SHIT IN THE BIG 26 OK?

this was so good til the end. i thought it was stupid that they seperated and then the wrap up with his parents was done in 1 chapter like.... bruh Their cud have been a lot more story depth and of course the censorship is such a pain so 3/5 not bad.

This is much better than I expected, their relationship is also healthy although the starting point was not an ideal. I want uncensored version though! They censored it so heavily!!!

These kind of showbiz manhua(s) make me relaised why my YiZhan still could not even have friendly interaction in public even after 6 years already. The society can be just so ruthless, toxic and unforgiving to the small rumors and there are still some homophobia(s) despite the era we are in.
