wait no, the plot IS good, the pacing just isn't doing it justice. i feel like it could've slowed down a little and flesh out more parts. but the content is promising. i love MC and ML's dynamic and i'm specifically surprised to see ML being the more goofy one and MC the more mature one here.

Although I'm kinda creeped out by the way the police acted as a stalker and how they easily accepted him. I really liked the feeling of the story. I wish we could've gotten a bit more of the dad or the little bro as he grew up. This is the second story that I read from this author and I like the bittersweetness it has. Cause the way we see miki struggle with his sexuality,trying to protect himself and scared to be rejected by others it's heartbreaking but also giving himself another chance it's important. It's sad that because he was going through it as an teenager he distance himself from his dad who loved abd treasured him without saying goodbye, I wish we could've dived a bit more into that.
