Ok. I know this manga (and the 2018 adaptation which I love) is sexualizing women (especially minors) to HELL. But omg I love this series I tried to measure if I like the manga more than the 2018 anime, I could conclude that I love both of them equally. They’re both good in different aspects: I think the manga did a better job on explaining why the characters do what they did (‘cause they literally explained themselves in each panels lol but I don’t mind). But the anime (2018) did a wayy better job with being emotionally manipulative (in a good way!) I reallyyyy care about the characters in the anime, it is a phenomenal adaptation with its own style and principles. I love Devilman.
