It’s just alright pretty mid. At the very least it’s a short read so something to pass the time. The plot twist is predictable and I wonder if the author intended a short run or was forced into it. Either way the ending is exactly as you expect, the humor and goofiness is an interesting juxtaposition from the gore and killings that constantly happen. It’s a pretty watered down message of “the heroes realize they’re the real villains” since the pace is so fast. Better reads if you enjoyed this would be “Gantz” for a much more grittier look at aliens vs humans (heavy TW just look it up). And on the opposite spectrum for light hearted goofy gore: read ”Franken Fran”
