I got this recommended by a friend, it was a nice read, but there’s a lot of plot holes and things mentioned that don’t get mentioned ever again or developed on which bothers me, for example the guy had a debt we don’t even know what happened with it in the end, and it also felt kinda rushed, same with the art style, it felt as if the author was trying to end this as soon as possible, you can see it in the quality of the characters, the background was also just done 3D and then the 2D characters were slapped on top while trying to minimally make them blend together, idk it just felt weird, anyway it wasn’t a bad read, all of this aside this BL does depict real themes of depression and anxiety and family trauma, I could relate to this aspect a lot and found it enjoyable to read.
Han is sooo amazing for Shinwoo. Han might’ve forgotten him for a sec, BUT locked in. I was so surprised when there was smut BUT I AIN’T COMPLAINING

this was really depressing to read at first but i’m glad it ended happily, they’re so freaking cuteee. Wish there was a scene where shinwoo really opened up to the ml more but i’m still satisfied with what the story gave.
9.5/10 plot was really good tragic backstory but everyone was a green flag. It did get a little but boring tho but overall good

BLs like this don't come around often—they quietly leave you contemplating love in its simplest and sincerest form.
I felt that this was rushed. It was such a waste too since I actually liked how the story progressed. I love how there is development for both sides of the party. Overall this could've been fleshed out a bit better if it had another season or two. Backstory is pretty solid but there are quite a few things that were missed this why I say this felt rushed. For the ML, there definitely could've been more angst for his redemption. He definitely had backstory potential left untouched like his parents and his grandfather. The job to be the grandfather's secretary was left on air, somehow the old secretary was still relevant at the end. For the MC, it was a pivotal moment when he talked to the stepdaughter of his mother but it definitely could've been better since it was a pivotal moment for the MC. Angst from the MCs ex could've definitely been more drawn out instead of whatever happened between the ex and the ML, it felt anticlimactic and unserious. I give this 4 stars because I really felt the potential for angst and the darker themes. But it just felt rushed in the end.

Nice happy ending. I will say kind of boring. I wish there was more drama but overall it was nice. Hated how he forgave his mother tho.
