A really interesting manga, it tackle the concept of having a different persona than what you show to others but still that part of you is still you. I would say it's more shown in the seme character, given that he's an idol and he wants to prove "oh you see me as this, you think I'm a fake, then I'm gonna give it to you then" something like that but didn't realize that those two different personality is still part of him a whole. In uke case, as some may said it's more like a mask rather than him having two entirely different life, but what I conclude in his character is him as a man and woman is something he wants and acknowledge. He doesn't want to be fully woman he just want to express himself in way felt safe and no one would see through him and that would be him crossdressing (it's more like metaphorical actually, he hides his preference, he conceal himself to world in the morning and at night he completely change himself to balance his life where at night he could be something he really wants to be — to be free). As I said it looks like a mask, the uke fully conceal himself from one persona to another if he switch life whereas the seme didn't try to hide his two persona which is the idol self and his private self. However as seen in the last chapter the uke really want—needed someone to see through him not just a woman but both his man and woman side that's why he often cries when the seme is expressing to him that he see through his two life and still loves him and accept him, because all his life he thought that other side of him should stay and stay only in the garden "no one should know" to the point that he doesn't realize that he too wants to be seen and to be open about his double life because again—that's also a part of him.
That's all my take in this manga though it's a beautiful concept I fail to feel the emotions while reading, it may lack of execution on a surface level but when you really think about it, the idea is there and understanding the character is what reading should be about
