basically the ML pretends to be nice and innocent but is actually a crazy boyfriend and uses the FL for his novels (I think it was novels but hes an author) to make good storys, the FL finds out about his true nature and in the story she tries to get away from him and "break up well" but youll see what he will do to keep her like manipulating her surroundings or even resorting to killing

Um the ending is so brutal yrt it's the best for them. I love how she doesn't do that, she can't forgive him but she knows that's not the version of himself she seek for revenge.
