The concept is interesting, I'm not entirely sure how to feel. I think that Ma-Kun is but isn't a child. Meaning that yes, Ma-Kun is a child in the physical world but because he turned to a ghost the time that passed and the wish he had to be with Ono-Sensei aged him but because Ma-Kun didn't die it wasn't his true form-therefore causing him to still be a child if he ever returned to his real body (which he did). In all I'm not too sure how to feel due rto the age gap but the concept and story really did do well.

Ono is a dentist being haunted by a ghost (Masaki). But this sweet and childlike ghost just wants to be with his beloved sensei and help him overcome his recent loss. I’ll be honest, this is an amazing and beautiful story, but the “twist” is hard to swallow. I don’t blame any of the characters, but…it’s all very uncomfortable. Still, I really do think it’s worth the read because the characters and emotions are so well done and Masaki is such a pure sweetheart. Trigger warnings: I don’t know what to say?? Read at your own risk!

What a unique story. I kinda speechless.. yeah the one who comment here says it's shotacon but... i don't think the dentist will pursue the kid. Unless the kid will pursue the dentist in the future but the dentist will probably old.

Ghost tell him the truth, he is a kindergarten that became a spirit after getting run over in an accident and he is still alive. Dentist tell him to go back that he is alright now. Ghost tell him that he will always be with him, he will go back an find him after waking up.
Kid awakens and goes to dentist.
Note: ghost kid makes his astral body look like and adult and has sex with the dentist without him knowing that he is still a child. After they meet again they would have to wait a lot of time to be together because they have a huge age gap (probably like 20 years)
