It felt like an attempt on social commentary, but fell terribly short due to its focus on shock value. I saw a comment interpreting MC not as human or antichrist, but as the literal being of 'shit'; a stain on society, and how they will always be amongst us, disguised as humans. Sure, that makes sense. But this whole 'cult' plot line and comparisons to Judas was convoluted, unnecessary, and added purely for the semantics of being more profound than it actually is.

I just have a few questions about it. Like why did he start liking boys instead of women? Or the first women body ever get discovered? What was the whole meaning of his birth was it to express his desire in what was considered ugly? Like I have so many questions but anyways it was a weird read and definitely horrifying criminal activity. I think the author did well in writing what a sociopath murderer would think but im not sure if it would be entirely correct.

It's very.. thought provoking, if I had a word to describe it. It's definitely very dark, with lots of scenes that show sexual assault, predatory behavior, grooming, murder, etc., I don't know if I'm too stupid to understand it's underlying message tbh, it's just a very abstract work.
