For a story who try to speak about consent, there is a lot of not consent thing lol. The number of stop, no, don't do that that is brushed of by the alpha with ''ho no but you like that'' is concerning... The story is quite immature and not very serious (wtf with a student, wtf is the thing to go to work in a place where you're in constant danger? The important subject aren't speak a lot and everything feel so rushed... At the end, they're just alpha omega with fated thing and hormone blablabla. People had told me that this story was very beautiful and mature, it's not. Very rushed on so much aspect. Yes it's sad, but I don't need the book to tell me again and again LOOK IT'S SAD BE SAD, and just after brushing away the problem so easily. Not the master piece That it could have been... It's an OK-thirds story, nothing more. The issue of consent is, once again, disastrous. The romanticization of saying no in bed is very sad; hearing over and over again that "it's better without a condom" is distressing (for a work that's marketed as mature and serious, lol)... Disappointed :')
