Cute short story but it left a lot of loose ends. How are we supposed to see it as a good thing that he reconciled with his abusive family and ultimately gives in to them, begging them to at least give him a year to study and then he’ll fill his role as intended? They treated him horribly and the fact that his sister didn’t even have his back was disheartening. There’s slow moving relationship development and the ending feels rushed. It was sweet but also kind of unfulfilling #uncensored
