So much fun reading this and i wish that chen got her own story. The only thing is i just wish that there was a little more real romance to the characters like it just feels like they casually became a couple imo lol

quite nice. Enemies-to-lovers story, but their bitter feud wasn't so much serious as it was just Jiang not having great social cues and Shen being very competitive. I do like that sicne Jiang has never had a fixture in her entire life Shen being there throughout everything held an important place in her heart. It's a neat motivation for love. I was surprised at the confession being so soon, cause i didn't think Shen was done with her emotional baggage but i suppose the direct method is the best way to go. I think the side characters are a bit lacking, and it feels like their stories are mostly untold. Color me surprised when it just ended at chapter 42, but it's not a bad thing; I wasn't dying to know their side. Same author as green tea bitch and they must really like the red earrings lol. I'd say its a calm 7.5/10
