For some reason, it feels like a big piece of this manga is left out (after Kakashi collapses and before he got out of the hospital). There should be a scene where Iruka carries Kakashi to the hospital, desperately yelling Kakashi's name while tears are streaming down his face. Then somehow, Kakashi miraculously escaped death and confesses his love to Iruka, which Iruka would smile happily in tears and confess that he loves Kakashi back.
