See, this is why having a short term memory can be good sometimes. It makes you forget about something so that you can read it again for the first time (Lmao don't fucking believe to what I just said, having a short term memory sucks, and I'm just being dramatic because I love this manhwa). Anyways, it started off strong and I can honestly say that it can have a better ending though I can say that I enjoyed it anyways (except for the SA part ofc).

Every character that has been introduced throughout the story is interesting, every one of them has their secret Identity, which I like because I'm a sucker for plot twists. But I have one problem about Brett and Dio though, if Brett was the boss of the Serpenti organization then that means he's old — BUT JUST HOW OLD IS HE!? I mean when he and Dio met, Dio was just a high-schooler! I wish they at least tell us their age, cause oh boyy this age gap between the characters is something to be concerned about. Nevertheless, I never felt a feeling of boredom while reading this btw. The plot is so good that it makes you curious (how I miss it when BL used to have a good plot). What I also love about this is that the story wasn't purely focused on romance between characters, we are given a well established story that eliminates the idea of "BL is only good if it's romance centric". Which is why we need more of this kind of manhwa, we need BL stories to be diverse, we need it to not revolve around romance.

Also, I really love the fact that it was supposed to be Samuel and James from the very start, but due to Rugal being on their way and altering both James and Samuel's memory — they have to go through so much. And yet they find their way to get back with each other and continue their own story. The plot twists never disappoint — especially with the reveal of Samantha's true identity, and the Nevermore drug can alter someone's memory. It plays such a good role in the end.
(Samuel being interested in James because of his tits is so real. Brother is just another me).
