Guilty pleasure. In terms of rating, 4th story would be 1st, 3rd would be 2nd, 1st would be 3rd and the 2nd would be 4th.
However I do have a bone to pick with the 4th story. Both of them were essentially the bad people. He knew she was committed to someone but purposefully have sex with her. She supposedly can't lie which is why he broke up with her but somehow she managed to keep her affair a secret from Gotou. Then to make their crimes not look so bad, the author makes Gotou out to be the bad guy. And then his logic didn't make sense; he was willing to marry her so he won't look like a coward who runs from marriages by his peers but rather be known as a divorcee who wife's cheated on him. That doesn't make sense.
