I feel like people are being overly critical for no reason in the amount of guideverse stories I’ve read honestly this one isn’t that bad. I liked MC for the most part he wanted to lay low in fear of a certain person which is understandable and now that he has the resources and support he’s finally doing something to stand up. The ml wasn’t my favor at the beginning but I did like seeing him become a lot warmer to put MC. No so that’s an added star since sooooo much guideverse is just riddled with it between our main pairs. I like the art though the panels as you first start reading feel very disconnected. A pretty solid read though glad to have found it!

Uke and seme were both experimented on by uke's father. Uke saved seme from corruption back then and seme managed to escape, promising to come back and free uke as well. But by then thr whole facility was gone and no traces of uke were left. As a kid uke had long hair and looked like a girl so seme could never find him and at first didnt even realize the current uke is the same person.

Art style is not my cup of tea but the story is good even tho it's pretty common.

This is really good and my favorite trope, strong but tries to hide it mc and a ml who wants to uncover it. This is like thgll and mission: save the hunter, but I think I like those more. This is more on par with traces of the sun or something like that.

9.5 HOLY SHIT IT'S GOOD??? MC is so fucking badass, my inner 12 year old is screaming. And he got game??? I was super tired of no-personality timid and shy uke, I'm glad he gets to have friends, try dating, and STAND HIS FUCKING GROUND. For a guidaverse I expected some nasty stuff, but no, we get action everybody agrees to. Also god bless the author for drawing some pubic hair, shame only one one guy, but WE DESERVE MORE HAIRY REPRESENTATION. The plot isn't the most original, but the execution slaps
