I kind of wanna leave no stars but I don't even know if it would let me comment if I did. This is probably one of the worst books I've ever read. It had the premise to be an amazing book. Really? It did, but the fact that the male lead is constantly assaulting the other lead. And then once we get past that, the love story isn't all that strong. There's no base for it. I mean, one of the dudes was in love with the other one. Then, the other one suddenly falls in love. Oh, my God so cliche, but you get past that. And then it's assault, after assault, after assault. After assault, an consent is just a suggestion here. And then, and then we get to the newest chapter, and after he is literally almost raped assaulted, he is assaulted. When you get to the hospital to see him, you belittle him. I have never been so pissed off in my entire life. Then, you put him in the same room with the same dude who did it? Oh, you out yo fucking mind after you sleep with him after you tried to brush him off. So you can go and hang out with some chicks who you don't even care about, who you don't actually like. Just to make him jealous.. You've lost every bit of sanity every bit of it. Oh, this book is getting dropped. And I wish it got deleted
read the first two chapters and it was jumping around so much I couldn't understand what the plot was even supposed to be... they laid no basis for the characters at all before jumping into interpersonal dynamics so I don't even undertand where each character's baseline personality is
