as what one of the commenters said, even though this story was set in the winter, it warmed my heart like it was spring. this was such a heartwarming story between a city photographer and a countryside boy. i have always been enamoured with the idea that photos can reveal a photographer's feelings towards the subject, and i think that this manga captured that beautifully. the way the photographer and the younger guy got to know each other through photos, and later communicated through photos when they were in a long distance relationship warmed my heart. i also loved how the photographer didn't pry into the younger's life, and just accepted the information only when it was presented to him. their relationship was really sweet and wholesome!
