this is A MESS. The girl suddenly gets magic, just as the ML appears, even tho she was being whipped for DAYS? Then they run away and suddenly fire burns and she grabs a sword and fight herself, ridiculous. Then gets grabbed by a guard and we fully skip to her being back in jail wtf. Also the plot is just dumb af, having a prince throw you in jail because you used your dead fathers name to craft and sell swords, and the sword broke the princes sword, just by laying on a table? Pls. Dropping this

Amazing the. First emperor was crazy.
Dropped at Ch 5 - pacing is really odd, her backstory of why she's in jail was so quick, she trusted her brother with someone she met maybe an hour ago, she has hella thick plot armor that no one was guarding the jail, only to have her father be the Duke and he appears the next day and confirms it? Just seems like it's pieced together instead of properly thought out.
