over half of this is either straight up rage bait or toxic. i honestly like a lot of the plot points of the story and the characters but the way its written makes everything annoying. like why r we glossing over everyone keeping the fl loosing her literal child a secret, her husband yells at her to leave without even explaining her condition or why he wants her to go, then shows up at her dads house saving her from a physical and emotional abusive family but somehow end up blaming her for being abused since she didnt tell him. why does the husband get off scot free from the lack of empathy and communication between them. why should his wife the fl have to learn about her own miscarriage weeks later from her abusive father like what. then she just forgive him and goes back to him and doesnt bring up the fact seriously. also her personality and mentality. it was interesting at first because you expect her meekness to be something she eventually grows out of and become more confident as the story progresses. but now we’re one hundred and sixty something chapters in and she acts almost exactly the same as she did when the series first started. at this point it’s just frustrating to see her constantly crying and being so timid in situations where you’d expect some actual character growth. then the ml is always such a bratty hot head not talking to her at all about so many different situations and arguments then blames her for him being mad when all he had to do was communicate. they are just both a mess and not even a good couple genuinely. the only thing they really got going for them is that their both very loyal to eachother and thats about it. this is actually the most frustrating thing ive read to date.

Honestly I’m in love with this book, it has a lot of great story elements. It seems ridiculous sometimes how riftan acts, but if you really pay attention it all makes sense the emotional roller coasters they go through. The story development on each character, how every chapter is very consistent on the story line. I think every aspect of the book really makes a compelling story and has you feeling things for every character. I don’t have many complaints about this book, it’s not ridiculously and over the top, it has one constant story where the chapters just show you more insight on what you already know. I’m in love
