I started reading this because I’m a fan of the author’s other work “Moonlighting” DEFINITELY GO READ!!! I honestly thought this story was going to be a lot more serious, in regards to, the mc hating the ml for the fact that he ran away 10 years ago but he was surprisingly understanding. It made me realize that they’re love, care, and understanding for each other ran deeper than I thought. once you hear the words “high school relationship” you automatically think it’s unserious and comparable to a fling, but no, they were genuinely each other’s rock. of course, the mc had some unresolved worries when they got back together but he was fine as long as he was reassured. this story was heartwarming and it made me laugh so I really enjoyed it.
