Age gap

Awesome! I was so happy to see Hara-sen find his special guy and loved the lanky guy who just wanted his sensei to be happy. It was also great to see the guys from Doukyuusei cross over here, they are a special pair to me.

It was difficult to read this early on as sensei was so emotionally detached that I could only wonder why Mio persisted; in love or not. But once sensei talked of his reasons for keeping his distance and Mio convinced him of the lasting nature of his feelings, it became lovely and sweet and full of good feelings.

Two good stories to read, though I prefer the first one for their long lasting care of each other. The thing that bothered me with Ryo and his uncle was how he forced himself on his drunk uncle and even at the end, seemed to not care about hurting him (and the uncle was definitely not a masochist). At the very least there was a degree of dubious consent which is something I am never a fan of.

So lovely. A fast paced story with an unconventional love, but it works. Adorable pictures too, right down to the little bunny on Aki’s boots. One I have read a few times now and will read again.
The second story was not as good but it had some nicely intense passion overtaking moments and was a nice,short read with an older man at prep school and his younger sensei.

Loved this story! Not only were the MCs wonderful, but the friendship (and rival) group were wonderful too. Their interactions with each other, the support for a friend in love with a guy and the way they stalked and peered around corners all the time was adorable.

I loved this! I loved both stories; the younger seme’s, the vastly different personalities of the older ukes, the fact that these younger guys made strong, dominant, yet caring lovers, and of course the beautiful art style of the mangaka.

I was a little hesitant reading this story as there were a few negative comments about the uke being bratty and spoilt or clueless and irritating, but I have to totally disagree. Far from being spoilt, Keisuke was pretty much a victim of his brothers physical and verbal abuse (the older sibling struggled with taking on a father role after their dad died). If he wasn’t being hit or yelled at, he was hiding from his mum and brother fighting. It was so distressing for him he ran away from home.

I enjoyed this. It wasn’t fast paced or edgy, but the ties to the past and the fight for self were heartwarming. Plus, I always enjoy a story with sci-fi elements.

A sweet, cute and somewhat unashamedly over the top, yaoi version of Daddy Long Legs. There may have been some cringe moments, but they were the kind that leave you smiling and the HEA was practically fairy tale perfect.

I loved these stories, each so different, yet with a common theme. As the author put it, they were all “totally full of perverts”.
That was fine by me, and these perverts were all adorable in their own ways, making this a hot and entertaining read.
