I have read the manga and watched the movie
Both are very good but the movie takes out part of the plot and makes the side characters more likeable (shocking but they are worse in the manga)

After finding out her secret he tries to help her learn how to live her life to the fullest.
It's a very bittersweet story. Normally, I would wish for one-shots to be longer but I think it was the perfect length for this story

This one hurt my feelings because it was very bittersweet and painfully realistic
It's about a girl trying to accept herself in a very homophobic society.
I know it's not meant to be longer than a one-shot but I really wish it was so I could see what happened after this ended

A boy wants to join drama club and falls for 'Maria' after seeing 'her' perform on stage. He later finds out 'Maria' is a boy too
The story was felt very heavy to me because of the traumas both kids suffered from. In the one chapter that contains the themes in the note above I had to scroll past the scene and felt nauseous.

The story of a piano prodigy and a guitarist
At first I wasn't super into the story but I continued reading it because I felt like something intriguing would happen. I'm glad I did, the story and the art is beautiful. It did make me cry a lot in the later chapters
