Underrated sweet and sad story depicting how self-hate and lack of self-esteem

This is one of the most interesting, psychological and tragic mangas I ever read. The story revolves about Jeremy who is severely sexually and violently abused and traumatized by his step-dad. It shows how destructive and devastating abuse can be, for everyone involved. This story covers almost everything you could think of as tragic; parental neglect, drug abuse, mental illness, rape, trauma reactions, suicides, death, murder and much more. In my opinion the ending is bittersweet and fitting.

Super painful and beautiful story about accepting one self and each other despite a dark past and the dark sides residing from that. Very underrated and worth it in spite of the old artstyle.

Another underrated gem. Very painful to read. About being unable to love and live properly because of your bagage, and learning to do it and sharing your pain with someone.
