RouRou gives me LIFE! And the slowly developing love story between his dads is beautiful. Plus, 5 for characters that actually talk to each other. A plot that doesn't depend on miscommunication for drama.
Wo Wo is an adorable little butterball of a child. Interesting because Ci Nian and Cheng are both the biological parents, but instead of being omegaverse, Ci Nian is an intersex man.

Byul is an adorable baby, but his dads have serious issues. I do believe Hyesung grows to love Dojin, but I could also see it reading as Stockholm Syndrome.
Ayumu is a precocious little kid who probably needs serious therapy after losing 75% of his family in a car accident. Good thing he has an uncle willing to take him in and love him, and good thing they find a store owner willing to take them in and love them...
Mamoru is such a sweetheart (but somebody teach him about stranger-danger, PLEASE). He loves Hiroto from day one and his attempts to keep Hiroto with him, or just to see him are precious. But seriously, stranger-danger. This kid is going to end up on a milk carton.
Yul is so precious and Siwoo even gets his own little backstory. Two precious little boys. A surprisingly realistic portrayal of family life.
Toma is such a little cutie. Not sure how I feel about the rest of it story-wise (-_-;), but the baby is very cute, and that's what this list is about ¯_(ツ)_/¯
Benjamin is the generic-ist baby character I've seen yet, but the plot is *really* good
