Unlike other reborn MCs who aim for power, knowledge, revenge, etc etc... MC here just wants to fulfill a life he couldn't achieve when he was in modern world. He was a person who didn't receive love from parents and was forced to work he wasn't passionate in. Gods pity this dude, they just want him to be happy. MC is OP but he's very wholesome. The story contains fluffy interactions btwn child MC and adults.

MC is a surgeon who rewinded time after having led a failed life with debts.
I have many parts to criticise if I put my mind to it, but this series was honestly done quite well compared to a dozen other chinese doctor manhua. I can't deny I'm always excited to see when our MC starts whipping out a scapel and showing his shit.

I need to write a review on this, it was so good I started reading the novel cuz I couldnt wait for the manhwa to be updated. And let me tell you, the novel is 100x better. Also heard some news about how there might be a kdrama based on this, so tiny bit pumped. But I'd hesitate to watch cuz I'd feel sad if the cast ruins my mental image of these characters.

This is sth I'd always recommend ppl read if they ask me which manga I enjoy - enough action, good story line, a MC i can root for - it's an easy 10/10 for me.

Came to this manga actually after having seen the anime and bc i wasn't satisfied with the lackluster ending the anime left me with. Manga is 100x better, it made me cry so much and I finished it all in 2 days during my exam season.

FL is so cute I want to marry her. I would simp, kill and die for her.

FL transmigrated into *evil sister* who would get in the way of her younget sister's marriage. However, irl FL loves the lil sis of hers and wants to avoid her sister from dying after being married to ML. So she decides to actively oppose against ML's marriage proposal.

ML: Fine, if I can't marry your sister, I will marry you.
FL: Nani tf
