I mean, he IS pervy, but he uses that as a mask to not show how broken he actually is. It's a very sad and beautiful story.

A dude's lover dies. The dude can't get over his death. He meets a boy with no memories (I think?) who looks very similar to his dead lover. It's a very sad but interesting story.
