[Short Read] - ABSOULTE FAVE.
TW - Sexual Assault, Murder, Violence, General Sadness.
I'm pretty sure this is a manga adaptation of a Korean novel. This is specifically "right person, too little time" trope. Two broken people finding healing in each other. This story is so underrated
9.8/10 no doubt.
PERSONAL FAVORITE <3
Think the existentialism of Attack on Titan + the sentience of Steven Universe Gems. If you read this the first 30ish chapters will seem like a typical underdog story, but trust me the rug is gonna get ripped out under you. The best art paneling & story boarding. Beautiful art style.
9.8/10
[Short Read] - PERSONAL FAVE
The detail in the art is so beautiful and the faces aren't drawn in the conventional "anime" style. The story was also pretty interesting and I liked how it was concise. I was a bit sad about the ending, but it was a good closure.
9.7/10
LGBTQ+ focus
This story shows different perspectives and points at which people who are LGBTQ+ experience. There is a lot of diversity, and it is not just limited to being gay or lesbian. The ending felt really abrupt to me, but i recommend this. 9.5/10
ahhh my friend recommended this to me and it’s hella cool!! historical setting, it follows this girl, who has a weird obsession with poisons and stuff, and works in the concubines court. she’s solves mysteries relating to medicine, illness, poison, etc.
the story is structure where every few chapters is a specific mystery - 9.6/10
Update - Now had an anime!
This is amazing. Reminds me of both AOT and Demon Slayer and I stayed up all night reading this (It’s currently 6 am lol)
There is ecchi but trust me it completely stops after the beginning. This story was really good at creating suspense and tension, but it’s not perfect. 9.6/10
[Short Read]
TW - Suicide, Sexual Abuse, Grief, Abuse in general.
Follows a girl trying to give her dead friend the adventure she deserved to have experienced. Beautiful artwork.
9.4 / 10
Same author who wrote Our Happy Hours (#1).
About a boy who finds his physical body not fit for his passion, basketball, but when he's about to throw away his shoes he meets a girl with a similar problem, except her body is not fit for spanish dancing. They trade shoes part ways but hope to meet one day showing the other how they change each other's lives.
9.5/10
[One Shot]
Honestly this was just a sad read. If you need to cry or feel stuff give this a shot. For amount of pain it caused me 9/10
Recently found out why this manga ended which is unfortunate, but disregarding the author it was an interesting premise. A prodigy method actress who struggles to separate fiction from reality. 9.4/10
