Two criteria for getting on this list: 1. Must be an erotic comic of some sort 2. Premise must be weirdly specific and incredibly implausible even for the genre.
The second criterion is difficult to quantify because erotic comics tend to be implausible anyway. "Stepbrother falls in love with stepbrother and they get it on" wouldn't make this list. "Psychologist with ulterior motives helps salaryman overcome misophobia with graded exposure therapy" would.
