This review is for the second couple (wasn't too fond of the first): When I began reading about the omegaverse, my angst-addicted self immediately thought of how sad it would be for a beta to fall in love with an alpha and suffer through a self-inferiority complex... this manga is the answer to that thought.
This is a beautiful manga, although the art style may not be for everybody. The pacing of this manga is languid and melancholy, a lot of it will be spent with the characters sitting together in silence. The author to subtlety suggest what the characters might be feeling at that moment, rather than explicit telling the reader.
One of the first real angsty mangas I read. Now that I've gone back and re-read it, I find that the characters are pretty cliche and the plot overdone. But this still holds a special place in my heart.
This is a spin-off series, but I love it more than the main series! A ex-criminal falls in love with an ex-yakuza, who just want so to keep to himself. Although the uke is feisty, he really just yearns for any form of affection. Really sweet.
Kinda iffy about this one. Not sure if it should be on this list or not, as the ending is a bit too rushed.
